Description
Wyoming, Teton National Park, Snake River Overlook in winter black and white. Howard created this image on traditional 4x5 sheet film. A classic view of the Tetons from the Snake River Overlook after waiting a few hours for the fog to clear and enduring frozen fingers. This view was made famous by Ansel Adams and incorporates a leading line via the s curve in the river, otherwise referred to as the beauty line.
